Terms & Conditions
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS These Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions for using the B2B Platform operated by Monika Wadowska, conducting business under the name Coffins Store, based at ul. Krakowska 140, 34-120 Andrychów, VAT NUMBER: 5512580517, REGON: 363448860, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”
The B2B Platform is available at: http://www.coffinsstore.com/ and is intended for placing orders by customers conducting business activity, hereinafter referred to as the “Clients.”
These Terms and Conditions do not apply to consumers within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Polish Civil Code.
Using the B2B Platform implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
All information contained on the B2B Platform constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
The B2B Platform and these Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to transactions concluded between the Seller and the Client in the scope of sales of coffins, urns, and funeral accessories offered by Coffins Store.
II. DEFINITIONS B2B Platform – the electronic sales system available at [platform address], enabling Clients to place orders. Seller – Monika Wadowska conducting business activity under the name Coffins Store. Client – an entity conducting business activity, having an active account on the B2B Platform. Account – an individual Client panel, enabling order placement and viewing of transaction history. Product – goods offered for sale on the B2B Platform, in particular coffins, urns, and funeral accessories. Order – a declaration of intent by the Client aimed at concluding a sales contract for the Product.
III. CLIENT ACCOUNT Account creation occurs after the Seller verifies the Client’s data. The Client is fully responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided during registration. The Client is obliged to update their data in case of any changes. Account access may be granted only to authorized persons.
IV. ORDERS Orders are placed exclusively via the B2B Platform. Placing an order does not constitute contract conclusion. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order without providing a reason. Order fulfillment follows individually agreed commercial arrangements.
V. DELIVERIES AND GOODS COLLECTION Deliveries are made in accordance with a schedule individually agreed with the Client. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products passes to the Client upon handing over the Product to the carrier. The Client is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and immediately report any damage.
VI. COMPLAINTS The Client must report physical defects of the Product immediately, no later than within 3 business days from the date of receipt. Complaints are processed within 14 business days. The Seller is not responsible for damage occurring during transport if the transport was commissioned by the Client.
VII. OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS All content posted on the B2B Platform is protected by copyright law. The Client may not copy or share the content posted on the Platform without the Seller’s consent.
VIII. CONFIDENTIALITY The Parties undertake to keep all commercial, technical, and organizational information confidential. The obligation of confidentiality remains in effect for 24 months after the end of cooperation.
IX. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. The Client has the right to access their data, correct it, and request deletion. Detailed information on data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
X. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from reasons beyond their control, including force majeure, Internet network disruptions, or courier delays. The Seller is not liable for lost profits.
XI. FINAL PROVISIONS The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on the B2B Platform. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply. Disputes arising in connection with the use of the B2B Platform shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
