1. Data Controller and Definitions The controller of the personal data of Clients / Users of the Online Store, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” is Monika Wadowska, operating a sole proprietorship under the name Coffins Store, with its registered office at ul. Krakowska 140, 34-120 Andrychów, NIP: 5512580517, REGON: 363448860.

User – a natural person visiting the Online Store website(s) or using the services or functionalities described in this Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Client – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality that has the legal capacity to enter into a distance sales contract with the Seller.

Online Store – a website operated by the Seller and available at: https://www.coffinsstore.com.

Newsletter – commercial information sent by the Seller via electronic means to the Client/User; receiving it is voluntary and requires consent.

Account – a collection of data stored in the Online Store and the Seller’s IT system relating to a specific Client/User and their orders and transactions.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Purposes, Legal Basis, and Data Processing Duration To perform the distance sales contract, the Seller processes:

  • Information about the User’s device to ensure service functionality: IP address, cookies, session data, browser and device data, activity on the Website;
  • Geolocation data if the User consents, to provide more tailored offers;
  • Personal data: name, address, email, phone number, tax ID, bank account, or any other data necessary to complete a purchase.

These data are processed:

  • Under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for service performance;
  • Under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR when consent is given for cookies/geolocation.

Data are processed for the duration of the service use. The Data Controller takes appropriate technical and organizational measures under Art. 32 GDPR to ensure data security.

3. Marketing Activities The Data Controller may post marketing information on the Online Store about their products and services based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Recipients Personal data are disclosed only to processors with whom the Data Controller has signed data processing agreements (e.g. hosting, IT, PR services).

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries Personal data are not processed in third countries.

6. Data Subject Rights Each data subject has the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • Receive a copy of their data (Art. 15(3) GDPR);
  • Rectify (Art. 16 GDPR);
  • Erase (Art. 17 GDPR);
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR);
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, the User should contact the Data Controller.

7. Supervisory Authority Users may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Data Protection Officer Users may contact the Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in section 1.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy This Privacy and Cookies Policy may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or the Administrator’s needs.

10. Newsletter The Client may consent to receive commercial information electronically by checking the appropriate option. This includes receiving newsletters and promotional content. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the user account or a link in the email.

11. Account Users may not upload or submit unlawful content via the Online Store. Registration requires the following data: name, surname, company name, tax ID, invoice and shipping addresses, and email. Registration is only completed after confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

The service agreement for the Account is concluded for an indefinite period. The Client may terminate it at any time. The Seller may also terminate the agreement in specific cases, e.g. inactivity for 6 months or breach of terms.
