Hydraulic trolley for body with foot pump and tray with drainage – NWH1

We present the hydraulic stretcher for body with a foot pump, tray with drainage, and the possibility of locking the wheels, designed to support daily work in funeral homes and crematoria. This stretcher has been created with ergonomics, durability, and ease of use in mind – so that one person can efficiently prepare the body for burial or embalming.

The entire construction has been made in Poland by the brand Exinox (Coffins Store), under the supervision of experienced designers and welders. Stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301), carefully made welds, and solid load-bearing elements guarantee durability and resistance to corrosion during intensive use.

The stretcher is equipped with a mobile and removable tray for body measuring 213 × 65 × 5 cm (approx. 20 kg), made from the same high-quality steel. Thanks to the hydraulic lift with a foot pump, you can smoothly adjust the working height in the range of 60 cm – 100 cm (with tray), allowing it to be tailored to the operator’s height and the type of work being performed. The total dimensions of the stretcher with the tray are 218 cm × 66 cm × 60/100 cm.

The stretcher has been designed to withstand a load of up to 200 kg, ensuring stability and safety in every situation. The wheels can be easily removed and the stretcher can be secured to the floor, which increases stability during procedures and allows for a permanent positioning of the workstation.

Additionally, the tray can be raised at an angle, resting it on the handles and securing the tray with a hook to prevent it from falling – this practical solution facilitates the free drainage of fluids into the channel in the tray during washing or preparing the body.
